Cases in the Admin Portal

The Overview and Cases screens answer the questions a case list in Discover cannot: which cases have Claira, on which plan, how many tokens they have left, when they were activated, when their plan changed, and when they deactivate or did.

Overview

The Overview is the landing screen after the Verified card. It shows:

  • Active cases, users seen and tokens consumed this month across the organization.
  • Needs attention — cases whose reservoir is low, downgrades booked for a future date, and deactivations booked for a future date.
  • Recent activity — the latest activations, deactivations and plan changes, with a link to the full Activity feed.
  • Unattributed activations, if any: cases activated before your organization ID was configured in Discover. They still run, but they are not on your invoice until they are attributed — contact support if you see this count.

The Cases screen

Tabs switch between Active, Deactivated and All cases; the search box matches case name, case number and Nuix organization.

Each row shows:

ColumnMeaning
CaseName and Nuix case number
PlanThe current tier, with a note when a downgrade is booked
ActivatedWhen Claira was turned on, and by whom
Plan changedThe last tier change
DeactivatesA booked deactivation date, or the date it happened
ReservoirTokens left against the plan's cap
This monthTokens consumed since the 1st
Lifecycle dates are what you reconcile an invoice against. A case that was active for any part of an invoice window is on that window's invoice at the tier it held when the window ended — see Billing and invoices.

A case's detail page

Choose a case to open its page:

  • Plan and cycle — the tier, the reservoir, the daily refill and the case's own plan cycle (which runs from its activation date and is what a booked downgrade waits for).
  • Usage — tokens consumed this cycle, overage, single reviews, the split by media type, and consumption per user.
  • Tier history — every plan the case has held and when.
  • Ledger — every token movement: scans, bulk tasks, Insights, refills, purchases, refunds.
  • Payments — card charges for card-billed cases.
  • Users — the people on the case, when they were last seen, and whether they are still active.

What the portal does not do here

Activating, deactivating and changing a case's plan stay inside Claira in Discover, with the case team. The portal shows the state and the dates; it does not move them.
