Checking Installation
Not sure if Claira is set up on your case? The steps to check depend on whether you are a regular case user or a case admin. Both paths are covered below.
If you are a case user
You do not need admin access to check whether Claira is available on your case. Just look for it in your workspace.
Check for a Claira workspace
- Navigate to Browse view in your case.
- Look for a workspace layout that includes Claira (it may be named something like "Claira Workspace" or "AI Review").
- Open the workspace layout dropdown and confirm that a Claira Pane option appears.
If you see the Claira pane, Claira is installed and active on your case. You are ready to start using it.
If you do not see Claira
If there is no workspace with a Claira pane, it could mean:
- Claira has not been activated on your case yet.
- Claira is activated, but no workspace layout includes the Claira pane.
- Claira is activated, but your user group does not have permission to access it.
In any of these situations, contact your case admin and ask them to check the admin steps below.
If you are a case admin
As a case admin, you can verify whether Claira is installed and properly configured at the feature level.
Check the features list
- Navigate to Security in your case settings.
- Open the Features list.
- Look for Claira in the list.
What you find
- Claira is listed and activated for your groups: Everything is set up. If users are not seeing it, check that a workspace layout includes the Claira pane and that the users' groups have the feature enabled.
- Claira is listed but not activated: Enable it for the appropriate user groups. See Users and Permissions for details.
- Claira is not listed at all: Claira has not been installed at the portal level for your environment. Contact your system administrator or portal admin and refer them to the Setting Up Claira guide.
