About the email sent to all case users when Claira is activated on a case.

Case Activation Broadcast

When Claira is activated on a case, every user assigned to that case receives a broadcast email notifying them that AI-assisted review is now available. This ensures your entire review team knows about Claira without the administrator needing to notify people individually.

When this email is sent

This email is triggered immediately when an administrator activates Claira on a case. It is sent once per activation event -- if a case is deactivated and reactivated, a new broadcast goes out.

Who receives it

All users who are assigned to the case in Nuix Discover at the time of activation. This includes reviewers, project managers, and anyone else with case access.

Users added later are captured for future operational and monthly usage notifications through Claira contact synchronization.

What the email contains

The broadcast email includes:

  • The name of the case where Claira was activated
  • A brief explanation of what Claira does
  • A link to the activation information page

The email is informational only -- no action is required from the recipient. It simply lets team members know the tool is ready to use.

If you did not receive the email

If you are assigned to a case where Claira is active but did not receive the broadcast email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm with your administrator that you were assigned to the case before activation occurred.
  • Verify that your email address in Nuix Discover is correct and current.

Subscription behavior

This broadcast is operational, not marketing. It is sent as part of case operations and is not controlled by newsletter unsubscribe preferences.
