What to send support when you report a bug or problem in Claira, and why we can't look it up ourselves.
Reporting a Problem
Found a bug or an error? When you contact support, the details you send are usually the only way we can see what happened.
Why we need your help
Claira is used for legal, personal, medical, and government material, so we treat everything you work on as sensitive.
- We don't log, track, or store the content of the documents Claira reads. It's used to generate a response, then discarded.
- What we do record is operational: when a request ran, which model it used, whether it succeeded, and, when something fails, an error code and a reference number.
- So when a response fails, we have no way to see the document content behind it.
See Privacy and Security for the full details.
The reference code
When Claira shows an error, a line underneath the message reads Reference: followed by a code such as 7K4Q-92XD. Select the copy button next to it and paste the code into your email.
The reference code is the fastest way for us to find what went wrong. It points to the exact operational record for that error, including when it happened, which part of Claira it came from, and what failed. It contains nothing from your documents.
What to send
Email support@claira.to with as much of the following as you can:
- The reference code. Copied from under the error message, as described above.
- A screenshot or screen recording. It shows us exactly what you saw. A recording of the steps leading up to the problem is best.
- The document, or its text. It lets us reproduce the problem. Only send what you're permitted to share; a sample document that causes the same problem works too.
- The prompt you used. Copied exactly as you ran it.
- Where you were in Claira. For example, Single Review, a bulk scan, Insights, or Agent Mode.
- The exact error message. Including any error code (see Error Codes).
- When it happened. The date, time, and case name, so we can find the matching operational record.
