July 2026 Update

In this update

• Field Migration — Copy or move coded values from one Nuix Discover field to another across your document selection, with a safe one-document test and undo. Free — no tokens used.
• Shared Agent Mode chats — Agent chats are now shared with your case team by default (read-only for teammates). Branch a teammate's chat into your own copy, pin chats for yourself or the whole team, and filter the chat list by user.
• Background Multi-Code scans — On cases with Background Processing set up, Multi-Code text scans can now run server-side: Claira codes every configured field for every document, emails you when it's done, and lets you close Nuix Discover while it works.
• Flat Multi-Code pricing — A bulk Multi-Code scan now costs a flat +1 token per document, no matter how many fields you configure. Running Multi-Code on a single document in review stays free.
• Higher bulk-scan limits — Every plan can now bulk-scan up to 999,999 documents in a single task. Your token balance still applies.
