Reservoir model

Claira uses a token reservoir per case:

• Reservoir = total tokens accrued minus total tokens used over the case lifecycle.
• Usage billing surfaces current balance and replenish timing, not total scan history.

Bulk scan billing behavior

• Every bulk task records and displays tokens used.
• If a task would exceed your plan's bulk task limit, it is blocked before starting.
• If tokens are insufficient, task creation is blocked and you can upgrade in one click.

Deactivation behavior

• Deactivating a case clears the reservoir balance.
• Reactivation does not restore previously revoked reservoir tokens.
